Talking of positive thinking, this blog post is dedicated to my wonderful 'Lou's Weight Online' clients (who shall obviously remain nameless, it being a wholly private and confidential gig: www.lousweight.com.au) - you guys are so inspiring, super motivated, committed and determined, and I am thrilled to get to celebrate with you when you achieve those goals you had set out to smash. By having a plan and by really picturing where you want to get to, you are able to get there, week by week, step by step, fuelled in a major way by your mental strength and positive commitment to better health and good food choices - you are doing all the hard work and it is paying off!! So, a shout out to you guys (you know who you are!) - thanks for your dedication and commitment.
This is something I have noticed, seems to be a theme - by the time someone enlists either a nutritionist or a personal trainer or a life coach, they are already hugely motivated and very committed to reaching their goals, so are already over the hardest part, which is 'starting'. They have already made the commitment in their own minds and by enlisting the advice/guidance of any sort of coach, they are simply putting into practice what they have already envisioned and know in their hearts that they want (and WILL get). It's this dedication to their goals and commitment that I find so inspiring and almost contagious. It sounds clichéd and corny, but I really believe it: if you can picture it and you know what you want, then you WILL get there and you WILL make it happen. Plus, there is nothing better than achieving a goal, whatever that goal may be. :)
