It's just over two weeks now until the launch of my Challenge - the Jump Into June 30 Day Challenge! It starts on 1st June (hence the name) and is a 4 week challenge designed to kick start your health/weight loss goals. I will be doing this challenge right along with you all and I am very excited! And why am I also going to actively take part in the challenge? Well, as you may have guessed - moving to a new country and settling in has seen me imbibe probably more than my fair share of G&Ts, cold refreshing beers, and my own weight in delicious Vietnamese food. We all need a Jump Into June 30 Day Challenge every now and then to get back on track and feel at our peak health and fitness again! I will literally be practising what I preach, and you KNOW I am all about balance/moderation/not being too extreme or depriving yourself. A friend once described me as a 'nutritionist in the real-world'. I'll take that.
