Talking of mantras. Do you use any particular mantras or sayings when you run? These are some of my favourites:
- Strong, Strong, Strong....
- If you can do this, you can do anything...
- You got this!
- You can do it (in a Rob Schneider esque manner)
- Dig deep.
- You can do hard things
- You can do more than you think you can!
